The villa has sweeping views across the valley and is situated in the quiet and residential area of Grasse,the capital of perfume, at 10 mns. from CANNES and the beaches.It's warm climate makes it a favourite place. The villa is surrounded by a large garden(2000m2) planted with Mediterranean plants.The first level apartment is totally private and independent with its entrance and its own terrace which overlook at the pool, the garden and the valley. The double living has a sofa bed, a TV satellite and hi-fi cabinet.Two bedrooms pleasantly furnished and light. One has a double bed and the other one has a double bed and a single bed. 2 bathrooms in front each bedroom. 3 wc.The spacious kitchen with an american bar & its chairs is fully equipped & includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and refrigerator. It opens onto a terrace with garden furnitures and a barbecue.The swimming pool with its beach is equipped with sunloungers & umbrella.!
There is a covered parking.
The Property is oriented South-West. Within a 2mns walking from the Property, is a boulangerie which specialises in Provençal breads & pastries,hot croissants & pains au chocolat. A butcher, mrechant of newspapers. A man in truck who sales food: chicken, ducks, paella etc......... and a restaurant. At only 3 mns driving there are 3 supermarkets and excellent shops, restaurants and general facilities. The Côte d'Azur belongs to all those who dream of it'. It is beaches, luxury hotels and sun-drenched towns. It loves nightlife, cinema, glitter and roulette, being under in the limelight, while protecting its natural environment. It also elegantly dons the latest creations from haute couture while jogging in a white sweat suit at dawn. It revels in the maze of streets of its perched villages, hikes on mountain peaks flirting with the sky 'canyoneers' in white water.The French Riviera is eternal.

All prices are per week for a maximum of 4 persons from Saturday to Saturday . The taxes, the charges (electricity, water, pool and garden maintenance) are included. Linen (sheets, pillows and towels) are also provided. A special rate will be considered for 1 or 2 more persons.
The final cleaning cost: 98 euros.

Grasse the capital of the perfumes is situated in the South of France on the border of the Côte d'Azur and Provence at the foothills of the Alps and has stunning panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes and the Cap de l'Esterel. It is an excellent base from which to explore the Côte d'Azur and is just 20 minutes from Nice airport. 10 minutes from Cannes and the beaches and the famous PALAIS DES FESTIVALS where there are severa Festivals thourough the year, including the International Film Festival in May. You can often find flower markets here and also the Rue Félix Faure has some wonderful shops. Mougins,Mandelieu ,St. Paul de Vence, Antibes-Juan-les-Pins, Cabris, Saint Vallier, Saint Cezaire, Gourdon, Biot, Auribeau, Eze are just a short drive away. St. Tropez, Monaco;Italy are about one hour's drive. The spectacular Gorges du Verdon are 2 hours away by car. The warm climate make a favourite place. There are excellent shops, restaurants and general facilities. !
