The Kaltenecker-house contains several apartments and rooms with bathroom. 2-5 people can be placed in the house, so we can accomodate groups, with more than 2 people. The apartments have kitchen, the rooms with bathroom have refrigerators, coffeemachines, utensils and a microwave oven can also be asked for. All apartments have cable television and bench or terrace. The house has a nice well-groomed garden and a closeable parking lot. It is situated in a similar neighbourhood. The Kaltenecker-Haus is only 600 metres from the Lake Balaton. There is a shopping possibility in the nearby supermarket, there are several restaurants 300 metres from the house, and the downtown is only 800 metres away. The Kaltenecker Haus is open for any distress in the whole year.

Surroundings:
Balatonfüred is a popular resort town in Veszprém county, in Hungary with a population of thirteen thousand, situated on the north shore of Lake Balaton. It is considered to be the capital of the Northern lakeshore and it has significant yachting life. It is also a favourite location for coarse fishing, carp being the commonest catch. The Lake has been erroneously spoiled with eels and other non indegineous species which are by now on the decline. The temperature of the water is above 20 degrees Centegrade from May to September. The quality of the water is excellent. The town has two marinas, a string of carbonated mineral water springs, beautiful listed buildings from the middle of the 18th and the 19th centuries and fine restaurants. It has modern hotels and guest-houses to accommodate about fifty thousand visitors in the summer. The nearest villages around Balatonfüred are Tihany, Aszófö, Balatonszölös and Csopak, all renown for their wineland and beaches. People come here to enjoy the mild micro-climate, beautiful scenery, famous local Olaszrizling wine (riesling), and sailing and swimming facilities, as well as to revive the two-century-old tradition of socialising around spas, bathing and vacationing. Balatonfüred has a number of conference halls, and a large clinic for heart patients. It also has a number of wine cellars that sell white house wine in the vineyards on the hillside overlooking the town and the lake.
In winter the lake may freeze over for weeks so that skaters and ice boaters take over.
