Surroundings:
Local amenities include the renowned gastropub, The Horse & Groom, Village Hall and Bourton House & Gardens. To either side of the village there is farmland, running down to Batsford Arboretum and the Cotswold Falconry Centre. Cotswold Paintballing is also nearby.
The nearest mainline station is in Moreton-in-Marsh, less than 2 miles away, where there are also antique & gift shops, pubs, restaurants (both eat in and take away)/tea rooms and three supermarts.
