Beautiful, sunny and totally furnished apartment for rent in a very panoramic villa near Rome, in the Sabina countryside. It is a large apartment (110 m2) with an independent entrance, a large double bedroom (a third bed can be added if necessary), a spacious bathroom with a washing machine, a well equipped kitchen and a very large living room with TV-SAT and a vertical piano, and directly connected to a common 70 square meter large covered terrace. The living room also has a divan sofa-bed. Other single beds can be added. The apartment can easily accommodate up to 6/8 persons.
The apartment is in a panoramic Farm House and Country Villa located on a hill with breathtaking views in all directions. The Country Villa is surrounded by a 10.000 square meter lawn with olive trees and palms. Excellent for Children. Well connected to Rome by car, surface subway (with departures to Rome every 15 minutes), and bus.

If your coming by car from central or northern Europe, you can exit the A1 Highway and easily reach us in 10 minutes. From our home, Rome, the Ancient Farfa Abbey, the Greccio Sanctuary, the Sabina Hills and the Bracciano Lake and Castle are only a few of the sites that can be seen.
Visits to the Ancient Farfa Abbey, Walking, Trekking and Hiking in the Sabina Hills. There are also places nearby where you can do Horseback Riding and Mountain Biking. From where we are you can easily reach practically all areas of Rome and its Countryside.
