The Casa di Ulisse is a beutiful villa surrounded by a park of 1500 m2, from where you can see the sea, the Elba and Corsica Islands. From the terrace you encole a superb view, one of the most attractive corner of the Mediterranean coast, 500 m from the sea.
The 5 apartments (25-35 m2) at the ground floor are called Girasole, Rosmarino, Agave, Bouganvillea, Ginestra, Lavanda, and have the colours of these plants.
The Casa di Ulisse is the perfect place for the travellers: 30 km from Pisa, Lucca, Versilia, 90 km from Florence and a little more from Sienne, less than 1 hour from the Maremma and Argentario.
Most of all, it is a dream place which the owners like to divide with the guests. On demand, they can organize a typcal Tuscan dinner under the stars or an excursion with sailing boat. Location for one night is possible, breakfast included. It’s a ideal place for a couple loving quiet, sun, sea.
You can stay there a week or more: you will take away a beautiful souvenir of the Casa di Ulisse.

Leghorn is the nearest town (5 km), with its port, the Venice district and its channels, its Museum of Art of XIX century, the 8 km seaside promenade, the tracks of its history: the Wall of XIV century, Modigliani the paint, Mascagni the painting.
In half an hour from the Casa di Ulisse you can go:
- by car or by train to Pisa
- by car to Lucca
- by car to the Versilia beaches and restaurants, discotèque, shops
In 1 hour from the Casa di Ulisse you can go:
- by car or by train to Florence
- by car to Piombino, from which, every half hour, the local ferry-boats reach the famous Elba island (1 navigation hour), with its marvellous Mediterranean pine woods, colourful sea and sandy beaches
In 1 hour and a half from the Casa di Ulisse you can go:
- by car to Sienne, or toward the Maremma country Lovers of fine food and wines will be delighted to taste the typical regional cuisine, seasonally changing, based principally on local agriculture and fishing, the best Mediterranean cooking can offer.
Activities:
La Casa di Ulisse is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean hills, where is nice walking or biking. At 500 m the sea, with rocks: ideal for fishing and underwater fishing, swimming, surfing, sailing.
If you prefer the sandy beach, you can go toward the Whites Beaches of Rosignano (8k.) till San Vincenzo (30 km).
If you like sailing, its possible to rent a saling boat located at Punta Ala.
