The "Historic B&B's House" is a very large apartment(around 120 square metres), and it's one of our best accomodation located in an old and fasinating Antique Palace that was built in '600th century. It's in the real historic centre of the city, just back Campo de Fiori's square, 5 minutes by walk from the famous Navona's square and Pantheon and 15 minutes by walk to the wonderful St.Peter's church and Vatican Museum: it's one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of the Historical centre, the Rinaissance Rome
Inside the Historic house there are 2 different rentable accomodations(located in the same house): The "Orange suite room" and the "Flat": consider that both have one bedroom, a private bathroom, private living area and a private kitchen inside,so that you can save money eating at home if you like, even if I have a prepared Welcome-card that I'll give to you on your arrival at home, with some information about Rome-centre and my FAVORITE restaurant list near the house, around the centre, where you can taste the fantastic real roman cooking for a very economic price!!

Big and elegant suite (around 35m.) completely furnished and very elegant, separated into two spaces by an orange curtain. In one area, you will find a comfortable room with king-size bed,private bathroom with shower, and dressingroom. At the other end, a private small livingroom (a single bed could be added), including sofà armchair and table-bureau. Moreover, there is a cosy kitchen-corner with refrigeretor and microwave. The room is decorated by colourful paintings about "Tango Dancing", painted by a famous Argentinean painter.
It's a ver large room and comfortable for 2 people but also for 3 adults. (there is a big sofà-bed). It's large around 35 square metres and it is separated in two parts by a big orange-courtain (as you can see in the pictures): In one side there is a queen size bed, the entrance to the private bathroom, the entrance to a closed and private kithen-corner and a wardrobe-cabin . On the other side of the curtain, there is a lovely sitting area , a desk and another dressing corner. So the room is comfortable also for 4 people because when you close the curtain, it seems to be two separated double rooms. As I told there is a private bathroom with shower (with the entrance from the inside of the room). The sitting area has a big sofà that turns into a queen size bed confortable for two adults and a dressing-corner also very big for dresses and the antique desk in another corner. The private and closed kitchen-corner is really fullyfurnished and has a microwave, a fridge and all the furniture and facilities to do simple cooking and to prepare breakfast. It could be good for a "long stay", having the possibility to eat at home and saving money. Important: all the prices includes services (weekly change of bed linen, towels) electricity, gas, independent heating... |
This is actually like a cosy, small apartment, for two or four people, placed towards the rear part of the house, and for this reason completely independent.. A lot of sunlight fills the rooms through two large windows, which leads to the little private terrace, with a beautiful view of the interior garden of the Palace, and the roofs of Rome.There is a comfortable bedroom with king-size bed, and private bathroom (shower).A private small livingroom with sofà and armchair. A kitchen that is fully equipped with an eat-in table. A very original and exotic decoration, made by the owners from their travels around the world. Air conditionning and independent heating (self-heating).
The Flat is a part of the Historic house completely independent , that's why we call it the "Flat"; it seems to be an independent apartment (around 45 square metres). It's composed of one bedroom with a king-size bed, one private bathroom with shower with the entrance inside the room, a private living room with a television and a nice sofà-bed that turns into a queen-size bed and one very fully furnished private kitchen with a sitting area with a big dining table for 4 people and access to a little terrace (private balcony) that has a fantastic view of the garden and an ancient church built in '6th century |

The street is called "Via Giulia" and it's one of the most famous and beautiful street of the centre !!!
The apartement is on the third floor of a fascinating old Palace, of the seventh century,in one of the most famous streets of the Roman Renaissance:
-A few steps from marvelous "Navona" Suare, and the famous "Campo dè Fiori" Square
-10min. walking to St. Peter Church and the Vatican Museum
-15min. to Coloseum promenading through the fabulous Imperial Holes
