The views from the balcony are so stunning, it will be hard to leave the apartment for sightseeing. When you can drag yourself away, have a quick dip in the crystal clear water in the early morning, enjoy a capuccino or snack at any of the innumerable cafes and restaurants on the strip, go for a stroll along the promenade of an evening. Every amenity is within walking distance - seaside, water polo clubs, cafes, restaurants, newsagency, shopping; even casino and night clubs across the bay in Paceville. For the sports minded a short car drive away, there is water skiing, horse riding, cycling, diving, sailing, golf, tennis and squash. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment. There is also a car bay in the basement garage for your use. If you require it, car hire can be arranged at reasonable rates. You can tour the island, visit Gozo by Ferry, go across to Sicily by catamaran all available as day trips.

The apartment is fully furnished to the highest boutique style standards. It is equipped with linen, towels, all cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week and the apartment cleaned weekly. Extra cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard. It is as beautiful in the winter as it is in the summer. It has Daikin VRV reverse cycle airconditioning which is independently climatically controlled from each room and area.
The main bedroom overlooks the seafront and has magnificent views. It boasts a king size independently motorised bed with separate electric blankets and European beech furniture. The bay window has triple lined curtains for insulation.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, electric blanket and ensuite with shower, extractor fan and heating system and separate toilet.
The main bathroom has a jacuzzi spa bath, separate shower, extractor fan and heating system, toilet and bidet.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, a walk in pantry, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, extra large s/s fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all modern amenities.
The lounge and dining area in the open plan design, boast some fabulous antique pieces, crystal chandelier, Natuzzi leather lounges. A fireplace adorns the room in a comfortable "den" with 42" plasma TV, home theatre stereo audio and dvd system. There is an extensive book library and a selection of CDs for your entertainment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Sliema, the main residential town, on Tower Road sea front overlooking St Julians Bay, the Hilton, Sheraton, Porto Maso and the Casino. The apartment is on Level 5 and looks out over Indipendenza Gardens with its manicured gardens, pergolas and fountain and the sea beyond.

Activities:

Malta is steeped in history and antiquity. It dates back to neolithic times.Remains of neolithic temples are still visible at Hagar Qim and Mnajdra Temples and The Hypogeum in Tarxien. Artifacts in bronze, amphora, Roman remains can be viewed at the Museum in Valletta.The Roman Villa in Mdina is worth a visit. Mdina itself, the old capital of Malta, is a must see both by day and by night.In Rabat visit the Catacombs. In Valletta go to St John's Cathedral & the Museums of Fine Arts; the Palace and the bastions.
Hire a car, take the ferry and spend a day in Gozo visiting the Inland Sea, Xlendi, Ramla (sandy bay) and Marsalforn beaches, Calypso's cave, Ta' Cenc. Have lunch at any of the many restaurants at any of those places. Go for a day on a boat to Comino and the Blue Lagoon.
If you prefer sandy beaches, go to Mellieha, Ghajn Tuffieha, Golden Bay or Paradise Bay on the northernmost tip of the island.
In the south, visit Marsascala and Marsaxlokk the fishing villages which have outdoor markets; Ghar Hasan cave, The Blue Grotto, Dingli Cliffs.

For the sports minded a short car drive away, there is water skiing, para sailing, scuba diving at the Reef Club in St Julians. The Marsa Sports club offers golf, tennis and squash. There is horse riding at Marsa and Mellieha. Other sports facilities include sailing, sail boarding.

You might like to go as far as Sicily. Day trips are available to visit Catania and Mt Etna or Taormina, going over by catamaran.
