This one-bedroom apartment is situated at the lower end of Calahonda on a small complex of 20 apartments and 3 villas, in a quiet residential area. Although ground-floor it has a large SW facing balcony (not terrace) which provides privacy and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. Peaceful, yet within 5 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 10 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples and small families.

Surroundings:
Costa del Sol is famous for its numerous fine golf courses and there are several nearby.
Calahonda is centrally located for trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada and Nerja.
For the boating enthusiast Puerto Cabopino is 1 km away, which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa, and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Some of the Coast’s most popular restaurants are located here.
Marbella is about 10 minutes drive. Visit the ‘Orange Square’ in the interesting ‘old town’, which leads to narrow shops and boutiques.
La Cala is only 5 minutes away, once a Spanish fishing village, with a wide sandy beach and several intimate bars and restaurants.
Fuengirola is only 10 minutes away with its long beach front and a large seasonal Aqua Park with giant water slides and grassed picnic areas. A few minutes further on is the pretty ancient mountain village of Mijas with its panoramic views, white washed houses and narrow streets.

The apartment is also centrally located for a number of renowned golf courses.
Cabopino Golf Club is a scenic 5,170 metres long course and an interesting new addition to Costa del Sol golf. It has three par 3s, two par 5s and 13 par 4s with lakes affecting four holes. The third hole is an interesting par 4 that drops dramatically from the tee to the hole. High handicappers will have to use all clubs in their bag and low handicappers will have to take risks if they want good results. The greens are large and in excellent condition. Another nearby course is Mirafloras Golf Club only 10 minutes drive.
