The property is ideally situated in the village of Els Poblets – just outside of Denia - and set close to long, sandy beaches and magnificent mountain scenery .The airports of Alicante and Valencia are both only one hours drive away.
The house is part of a very small development with communal garden and pool in the village of Els Poblets. It has living/dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, plus separate WC. Each bedroom also has a balcony and downstairs there is a good sized walled patio which leads straight onto the lawn and swimming pool. The property is fully furnished with all mod cons including patio furniture and barbecue. The beach is about 1km away and takes 5 mins by car.
The village shops, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance and the charming old town of Denia is about 15 minutes drive away. Denia, with its old castle, harbour and marina offers something for all ages and all tastes whether it is hunting for bargains in the shops and markets or watching the world go by sitting under a plane tree with a cool drink. For the night owls there are plenty of bars and discos which are open until the small hours.
For those who wish a more active holiday the mountains offer plenty of walking trails and the golf resorts of La Sella and Oliva Nova are only 15 and 10 minutes drive away respectively.

The surrounding area is strewn with small market towns, old castles and other places of historic interest. There are many different paths for walkers and the closest golf course, Oliva Nova, which was designed by Seve Ballesteros, is only 5 mins drive away.
