One bedroom (double bed)penthouse sleeps four. Large lounge with four seater settee that converts to two sofa beds. Two arm chairs and coffee table. Cable TV with DVD player and selection of DVDs. Kitchen is open plan and has electric oven and hob, microwave, toastee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, washing machine etc. Bed linen and towels supplied and changed every seven days with key holder on site. Bathroom had WC, bidet, vanity unit and bath with shower. Balcony has spectacular views over the harbour, accross the sea to La Gomera and over the mountains to El Teide (the highest peak in Spain). The balcony has a patio table and four chairs and two sun loungers and is large enough to accommodate them at once. The communal pool is heated in winter. Las Americas golf course is a three minute taxi away. Close to restuarants and shops. Complex is residential and operates quiet policy between 11pm and 8am, though there is free daily entertainment within a couple of hundred yards.About 20 minute walk to the beaches. Tenerife Sofia Sur airport is a 20 minute 20 euro taxi ride.
