This beautifully built and decorated house is only 5 minutes drive from Kandy town centre. Wake up to the sounds of birds and wildlife and spend your whole stay enjoying the panoramic views over the Knuckles range of mountains and the Mahaveli river. The house is only 5-15 minutes drive from all major attractions in Kandy and sleeps up to 9 people and is available for lets of up to six months. To the rear of the house, there is a large garden with sun throughout the day.
The house is situated in a quiet and secluded location overlooking spectacular panoramic views. It is fully furnished with a modern western style kitchen. To the back of the house is a large garden facing views of the Knuckles mountain range and the Mahaveli river. The sun shines on the garden for almost all the day as the garden faces west, north and east. The garden has plenty of room for fun and games or just to relax and get a tan. You can witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your room.

* Van hire without driver (seats 4): Rs 1,000 per day. (A bigger van for larger groups may be available upon request)
* Home made Sri Lankan meals (maximum 8 people)
Dinner: Rs 500 per meal (food to be bought separately)

* Taxi service from the house to the town: Rs 200 (for 4 people one way
* Telephone and / or internet access: A £50 deposit is required and costs settled following the production of the bills at the end of the stay.

Kandy is classed as a World Heritage City by UNESCO and is the hill capital of Sri Lanka, nestling among the misty hills in the central region of the island. The climate is cooler and the surrounding area green and mountainous. It is the most visited city in Sri Lanka because the shrine holding the sacred tooth relic of the lord Buddha is placed at the heart of the city in the Temple of the Tooth.
