Description of the cottage

Seashell Cottage (sleeps 11 comfortably) is roomy with an open living, dining area with lots of sunshine. A new kitchen with marble countertops adjoins the public rooms. Light & airy family room has 2nd cable TV/DVD/VCR. There’s a relaxing seasonal sunroom for more lounging room and a place to put those sandy treasures from the beach. French doors lead out to the large BBQ, backyard and picnic table. Three comfortable bedrooms with versatile sleeping configurations plus a huge fenced yard complete this cottage.

Bed configurations, 1queen and 2 kings (which can be made into 4 twins), 2 queen sofa beds, 1 twin sofa bed. Master bedroom is across the cottage from two smaller bedrooms, great for teens or extended families.

$999 per week, double occupancy.
Nightly $185, two night minimum.

Off Season:

Two nights for $249, double occupancy.
Off season week; $599, double occupancy.
$10 per guest per stay above double occupancy.

Off Season rates include Barb's Pies & Pastries, favorites of our guests!
Motorhome hookup, Seashell only, $115, 110 Volt, 20 amp service.
Price is based on double occupancy, additional guests staying in motor home, $20 each per stay.

Prices are in USD and do not include 8.3% sales tax or refundable security/cleaning/damage deposit.
Deposits vary by length of stay and # of guests, generally from about $75 to $200.
Deposit is also used to hold your reservation.
Full payment due in advance.
